‘What’s the meaning of life?’

Alpha is a nine week course helping to explore this provocative question. In a low pressure informal setting, people from all walks of life are invited to explore the basics of Christianity. No question is off limits!

In each of the nine sessions you will:

  • Share a meal with other group members and leaders
  • Hear a short talk
  • Go into a smaller group to discuss the talk over coffee

In the groups you might explore questions such as:

  • How can we experience God?
  • What lies beyond death?
  • How can I learn to pray?
  • Why is there suffering?

Everyone is welcome, whether you are a Christian wanting to brush up on basics, an agnostic, or have never been to church! You are also welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

For information about the next course contact the church office.
